PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The shipbuilding know-how of our company enables AMT’s highly qualified and experienced engineers, naval architects, and draughtsmen to provide detailed design services for vessels and other on-water assets.

After the basic design stage, AMT focuses on the technical aspects, building process and detailed engineering studies. The AMT team can follow the detailed structural engineering process and manage the installation of major equipment on board the vessel. AMT delivers execution plans and assembly booklets, including nomenclature, to the shipyards responsible for building the ship.

 

Our team can also provide project management and technical support to both shipyards and owners to contribute to the project's success. Depending on the requirements of the construction shipyard, we adapt our scope of supply to improve project efficiency, maintaining control over the entire ship project to ensure the vessel’s performance through to sea trials.
